My Worst Sales Week Ever
by Ryan Magdziarz

How would you like to know about my worst sales week EVER and how to learn from my mistakes?

You are making great sales some weeks and terrible sales in other weeks.

You understand that you need to do something to be more consistent but not sure what.

In this video, you’ll learn from my mistakes and how to have more consistent sales results.

I’m going to share with you the strategies that I’ve implemented to ensure that I don’t have any more bad sales weeks.

Watch the quick video below to learn how to be more consistent with your sales:

We have 5 full time sales leaders here at Winning International, and they are normally getting incredible results. However, a couple of weeks ago, I had my worst sales week ever since I first started Winning International and was making all the sales myself.

Today I want you to learn from my mistakes and share with you the biggest takeaways from a terrible sales week.

The 2 Key Takeaways are:

1. Have a Backup

From time to time on Facebook, your ad’s account is going to get banned for one reason or another. This is a normal thing that you must deal with when advertising on Facebook. Because of this, it is important that you have a backup and system in place so that you can continue marketing and attracting leads to your business.

A couple of weeks ago our ad account was banned and it took us a week to get our marketing campaigns up and running again. This meant that we weren’t getting any new warm leads and our sales team didn’t have as much success. The key take away from this is to be more proactive rather than reactive. This means that you need to have strategies already set in place so that when your account gets banned, you don’t have to waste time setting up a backup strategy, because you already have one in place.

2. Keep The Energy High Even When You’re Not There

I had to get my wisdom teeth out during this week which meant that I spent a few days in bed and was unable to be in the office. This meant that I wasn’t able to spread my energy among the office and keep everyone on a high, full of energy.

Once your business is set up, you need to have systems in place to ensure that the energy is high, even when you’re not there. This then gives you the choice of whether you want to be at the office or not, without your sales being affected.

I want you to go below this video and leave a comment telling me on a scale of 1-10 how set up your business is. Be honest with yourself so that you can start to set up systems in your business to move forwards.
