If you don’t follow these 3 secrets, you’re business will fail. The truth is that 81% of coaches fail within the first 3 years for these very reasons.

Here are the 3 hidden secrets to get ridiculous results in your coaching business:

1. Focus

You need to not only have focus in the direction that you are going in, but you also need to focus on the vehicle that is going to get you in the direction that you want. This means that your niche and business model need to be followed. It is hard to find a profitable niche and business model, but once found, this is the easiest secret to maintain because all you have to do is follow the path that you’re on.

2. Action

You need to be doing on the business growth activities. Every week you need to be doing marketing, sales, though leadership, systems, sales, hiring etc. depending on what stage you’re at. This needs to be done in order to make your way up the staircase of success, to your next financial milestone. To get up each step, you need to do on the business action activities.

The only reason coaches don’t do this is because of fear. They are too focused on the output which they can’t control, however they need to be focused on input, which they can control, and which will help grow your business and take you up the staircase of success rapidly.

3. Certainty

You have to believe in yourself. You need to believe in your business and your vision. However, you also need to believe and be certain about every micro step that you take. You need to believe in every webinar, marketing campaign and system that you put in place.

You also need to make sure that your clients have belief that they can get the results that they are searching for. Without belief, neither you or nor clients will put in the effort to succeed,  which sets you up for failure.


So remember be focused, take action, and be certain and believe in yourself.
