The 6 Stages To Becoming A 7-Figure Thought Leader
by Ryan Magdziarz

How would you like to know the exact roadmap to take your coaching business from scratch to 7 figures?

You are still struggling to get any serious traction with your business and you don’t know why…

You feel like you’re making all the right moves, but to be honest with you, like 90% of coaches you are doing the right things at the wrong time.

In this video you’ll learn exactly what your focus should be at every stage of the process.

Watch the quick video below as we reveal our COACHING LADDER:

There are only 6 stages that you need to master, for you to grow your business to 7 figures. The problem is their are so many coaches out their who are focusing on the right things, but at the wrong time, and it’s killing their business.

Make sure that you pay particular attention to the stage on the diagram that you’re on at the moment. It is important to also pay attention to the stages after the stage you’re on at the moment, so that you know the next steps that you need to take for your business.

Note: The time indicated for each stage is the time that the coach spends ON their business not IN their business.

The 6 stages of the coaching ladder are:

1. Newbie

This is someone who is between $0 and $1, 000 per week in earnings and are only working on their business in their spare time. The main problem we see with newbies is that they are spending too much time working in their business and not enough time on growing their business.

The principle focus point for newbies is FEAR! The quicker they are able to do the things that they are scared of and the things that are holding them back, the quicker they will be able to move up the coaching ladder.

You need to do whatever you’re afraid to do. 80% of your time needs to be spent on your fear and doing the tasks that you know you need to get done, but are scared of.

2. Contestant

You are now making between $1, 000 and $2, 000 per week and working on your business part time. This stage is all about LEADS! This is all about finding people to help by spending 80% of your time on marketing and lead generation.

3. Rising Star

You have hit 6 Figures! You are now making between $2, 000 and $5, 000 per week and working full time on your business. Your coaching business is now starting to grow really quickly.

This stage is all about focusing 80% of our time on CONVERSION and SALES. You now have found people to help, but you need to make them clients and sell them into your course.

4. Successful

You are now making between $5, 000 and $10, 000 per week with your business. You’re now working over time on your business and you are doing some phenomenal work which is impacting a ton of lives.

This stage is all about focusing 80% of your time on SCALING. You need to drive your business past the point of being uncomfortable.

Coaches often feel a little discouraged because they think that if they keep moving up the coaching ladder and grow their business, they are going to have to spend more time on the business. What happens most of the time is they stop and try and systematize their business early. Because they’ve stopped their cash flow drops and they end up falling down the coaching ladder instead of moving up.

It is so important to scale!

5. Leveraged

You are now making $10, 000 and $20, 000 per week, which is more than $500, 000 per year. You now have some time to breathe. You have implemented systems that mean you don’t have to spend as much time on the business.

That is why the main focus at the leveraged stage is to SYSTEMIZE. This includes implementing systems for your operations, sales, marketing and hiring.

6. Thought Leader

Congratulations! You have made it to the top of the coaching ladder and you now have a 7 figure business and you are making more than $20, 000 per week. You have much more freedom with your time now and can focus on doing things in their element, including featuring in the media, writing books and speaking on stage.

The main focus at this stage is TO LEAD. This is not to be confused with leads in stage 2, but to lead, meaning to lead your team, lead your niche and lead your community, by focusing on thought leadership activities.

Remember to do the right tasks at the right time on the coaching ladder and to focus 80% of your time on the focus point that is relevant to your stage. If you follow the above model, you will reach 7 figures and be a thought leader in your niche in no time!

My challenge to you is to go below this video and leave a comment telling me which stage on the coaching ladder you’re currently on, and what should you be spending 80% of your time on at that stage.
