The Ultimate 4-Hour Coach Week
by Ryan Magdziarz

How would you like to run a 6 figure coaching business in only 4 hours per week?

You’re exhausting yourself trying to gain traction in your coaching business…

And trying to get that traction is hard enough, let alone gaining complete freedom.

In this video, you’ll learn how you can not only build a 6 figure coaching business, but by only working 4 hours per week.

I’m going to share with you the exact strategy that you need to implement to grow your business and start working less.

Watch the video below to learn how to run a 6 figure coaching business in only 4 hours per week:

My number one focus is to make sure that you are getting your clients world class results.

The first thing that we need to understand is that we need to run this program using the one to many model instead of the 1-1 coaching model. This means that we need to create an online course so that we can reach more people and change more lives.

Our program is called a keystone product and needs to be either 6, 8 or 12 weeks long.

The price point of your product should be between $1,000 and $10, 000.

If you want to make 6 figures in a year, and you have a $1, 000 keystone product, you need to be making 2 sales per week, every week.

2 sales x 50 weeks = $100, 000.

So how is this done in only 4 hours per week?

2 x 1 on 1 coaching sessions

You need to do an hour long coaching session for each of the sales that you make so that you can learn a bit more about your client and how you can best help them by taking them in the direction they need.

1 x group coaching webinar

Every week you should hold a group 1 hour long webinar online and make sure that everyone is on track. This not only helps your clients have a bit of accountability, but it lets them interact with you and ask any questions they may have.

Answer clients questions and give them feedback

It is important that your clients feel like you are there, helping them, and coaching them. You need to spend 10 minutes per day, 6 days a week going through this process because it helps lead them in the right direction and help them overcome any hurdles they are having.

You’re crazy if you don’t do this, because coaching 1 on 1 is just regurgitating the same information over and over again, however in this way, you not only get your clients great results, but they have the advantage of being part of a group and have some accountability.

So that’s all it takes to run a 6 figure coaching business in 4 hours per week, 2 hours of 1 on 1 coaching, a 1 hour group coaching webinar, and 1 hour a week answering any questions your clients may have.

I want you to go below this video and leave a comment telling me if you were to run a keystone course what would the course be, what would be the price point, how long would you make the course, and what sort of content would you deliver.
